Casa DeBuono was founded by Alex and Maya DeBuono and is headquartered in Woodbridge, Ontario. Our experience comes from running businesses — leading teams, managing operations and building companies — and we bring that practical perspective to every client we serve.
We work with owner-operated businesses that are growing, stalled, or going through change. Our clients want a partner at the table who understands what it takes to run a business day to day, not a report that sits on a shelf.
Alongside our consulting practice, Casa DeBuono operates MD Accountable, our bookkeeping, tax and payroll practice, and Faithfully Ever After, our marriage and family ministry.

Alexander DeBuono
Founder & Principal
Alex DeBuono is a business operator and entrepreneur whose career has been built on running and improving businesses across hospitality, construction and technology.
He served as General Manager of Dolphin Cove Ocho Rios, the flagship park of a publicly listed attractions company in Jamaica, and previously as Managing Director of Prospect Plantation Tours, where he led the operation’s turnaround. He also sat on the executive of the Association of Jamaica Attractions.
Returning to Canada, Alex co-founded BYR Group of Companies and Carfuffle, an automotive technology platform, with his business partners. His approach is practical and direct: understand how the business really runs, put the right structure and people in place, and stay with it until it works.
Maya DeBuono
Partner · MD Accountable
Maya DeBuono leads MD Accountable, the bookkeeping, tax and payroll practice within Casa DeBuono. A Certified Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she works directly with business owners to keep their books accurate, their payroll and tax obligations on schedule, and their financial reporting clear and dependable.
For Casa DeBuono clients, Maya’s work is the foundation of every engagement: an accurate financial picture before recommendations are made, monthly reporting that shows whether changes are working, and the discipline to keep it that way.
Maya is also co-founder of Faithfully Ever After, the marriage and family ministry she leads with Alex.
